WILEYX PRODUCT WARRANTY
NON PRESCRIPTION WILEY X, INC EYEWEAR has a limited lifetime warranty covering all manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.
YOUTH FORCE® AND WORKSIGHT® EYEWEAR: is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a maximum period of 2 years.
PHOTOCHROMIC ‑LIGHT ADJUSTING™ LENSES: are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a maximum period of 18 months (proof of purchase for Photochromic Light Adjusting™ lenses is required).
GLOVES: are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a maximum period of 2 years.
SCOPE OF COVERAGE: Wiley X, Inc. will repair or replace covered items at our sole discretion, as needed and as available (identical or equivalent style) at no charge. Out of warranty items may be repaired (if repairable), replaced, returned or destroyed, at the option and sole expense of the purchaser.
EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not extend to and excludes:
a) products purchased from non-authorised dealers.
b) damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratched lenses and broken frames, hinges and nose pieces
c) damage resulting from abuse or misuse
d) damage resulting from tampering or customer modification
e) damage resulting from exposure to harmful substances, elements or conditions
f) other damage to covered items not resulting from a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship
g) lost or stolen items
